 A publication of NASA's National Space Science Data Center/World Data
 Center-A for Rockets and Satellites on behalf of IUWDS/COSPAR
 
 The SPACEWARN bulletin is intended to serve as an international
 communication mechanism for the rapid distribution of information on
 satellites and space probes. The material it contains is based on
 guidelines in "COSPAR Guide to Rocket and Satellite Information and Data
 Exchange," COSPAR Transactions #8, December 1972, and various Committee on
 Space Research (COSPAR) resolutions.
 
 The SPACEWARN Bulletin is issued to COSPAR's national contacts for
 satellite information, Satellite Regional Warning Centers, and various
 leaders and participants in COSPAR activities.  Recipients are requested
 to arrange for any further appropriate distribution of this bulletin to
 interested individuals and institutions in their regions or countries.
 
 If you wish to receive notification of additions and updates to the
 SPACEWARN Bulletin, send e-mail to majordomo@nssdc.gsfc.nasa.gov with the
 text "subscribe swb-list". (Don't include the quotes. No subject line is
 necessary.)  If you wish cease receiving the notifications, send e-mail to
