TESL-EJ is a fully refereed academic journal for English as a Second or
Foreign language research. It publishes on a quarterly cycle, and is free.
It publishes on average each issue: two research articles, ten book
reviews, two software reviews, an On the Internet column, and Forum, a
discussion area of topics relevant to the field. One can access it
directly on the web at one of the four servers (at UC Berkeley,
Kyoto-Sangyo, Latrobe, or Bremen). There is a majordomo list that sends
out announcements of new issues. Send a 'subscribe tesl-ej_list' command
to majordomo@listlink.berkeley.edu.
