Verbiage is a bi-monthly Web magazine which publishes short fiction and
prose (but no poetry).  Verbiage pays modestly (at least $10) for original
submissions that they publish. Submissions should not have previously
appeared in any other electronic forum.  

Note : Verbiage has not been published since November, 1995.  However, all
back issues are available online.
