 Zine in Time is a new e-zine that is different from those you have
 previously seen. Take a look.  This is a non-commercial e-zine. If you
 happen to see some commercial ads here it is not for real. Only products
 of somebody'ss imagination. 
 
 Zine in Time is preferrably viewed with  3.0.
 
 Each column will end at the bottom of the page so as you reach the end of
 column one you will have to go up to the top in column to to continue
 reading. It'ss just as an ordinary magazine or newspaper if you have ever
 seen such. 
 
 This zine will contain things we believe are interesting and things we
 believe are of importance. The articles will not necessarily follow both
 these Guidelines.
