Zeitschrift für junge Religionswissenschaft (ZjR) is a student academic
journal specifically devoted to the Study of Religions which offers both
undergraduates and postgraduates the opportunity to share their ideas
concerning religion and religions. It is called a "young" journal not only
because young scholars are encouraged to contribute, but because ZjR aims to
support new methods and theories.

Analysis of concrete religious phenomena will be considered as well as
material relating to methodological discourse. Reviews and travelogues are
welcome as well.

All articles submitted must be based upon a perspective grounded in the
methodologies of the academic study of religions. Therefore, ZjR is not
interested in either philosophical or theological approaches.

Articles may be submitted in German or English.
